Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

CoSell, Inc. (“CoSell”) provides a platform where companies (“Clients”) can purchase expert feedback on their recorded sales calls, and experienced sales professionals (“Experts”) can review these calls in exchange for payment.

By accessing or using CoSell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Account Terms

• Users must be at least 18 years old.

• Users must register an account to use the platform.

• Users may create multiple accounts but may not share account credentials.

• CoSell may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

3. Marketplace and Pricing

• CoSell is a freemium marketplace.

• Clients purchase usage-based review credits (minimum $500/month).

• CoSell takes a 30% commission from each transaction.

• Experts must sign and comply with CoSell’s Master NDA.

4. Billing, Refunds & Cancellation

• Payments are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

• No refunds are provided.

• Clients can cancel their subscription within the app at any time.

• No free trials are currently offered.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

• Users may upload sales call recordings and related content.

• Users retain ownership of their content.

• CoSell will never share user content publicly without express written consent.

• Experts agree to keep all reviewed materials confidential and use them only to provide feedback via CoSell.

6. Data Usage & Analytics

• We use PostHog and Google Analytics to understand product usage.

• We do not share user data with third parties.

• We use cookies and tracking technologies as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or infringe IP rights

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform

• Bypass or interfere with security features

• Share or repurpose confidential sales data

Experts must strictly adhere to our Master NDA to maintain trust and data privacy.

8. Service Levels

• We guarantee 99.99% uptime and a 48-hour response time for support.

• The service is otherwise provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoSell disclaims all liability for:

• Data loss or breach

• Third-party services or integrations

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Termination

• CoSell may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion.

• Upon termination, all user data is deleted from our servers.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

• CoSell is incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of law rules.

• Disputes may be handled via arbitration, mediation, or court, as appropriate.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via email or prominently on the site. Continued use of CoSell constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
