We collect the following types of personal data when you use CoSell:

• Name, email, phone number, job title

• Account credentials

• IP address and device/browser metadata

• Billing and payment information (via Stripe)

• Behavioral and usage data (via PostHog and Google Analytics)

• Sales call recordings and related data, submitted by users for expert feedback

We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health, government ID, or biometric data).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Register and manage your account

• Process billing and transactions

• Deliver and improve our services

• Provide expert feedback on sales calls

• Share submitted sales call recordings with designated experts under NDA

• Send marketing communications (you can opt out)

• Improve our product using analytics and behavior data

• Comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud

• Support internal analytics, including automated profiling and matching

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share data with third parties except:

• Designated Experts: Your uploaded sales call recordings are shared only with experts you select, solely to provide feedback. All experts are bound by a strict confidentiality agreement (Master NDA).

• Subprocessors: AWS (hosting), Stripe (payments), Dots.dev (payouts)

• Legal Compliance: If required by law or regulation

4. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may:

• View and access your personal data

• Correct or update your information

• Delete your data and account

• Object to or restrict certain uses

5. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. When you delete your account or terminate your service, all personal data, including call recordings, is deleted by default.

Data is stored in secure U.S.-based servers, with protections including:

• Role-based access controls

• Monitoring and audit logging

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• User authentication

• Product performance measurement

• Behavior-based product improvements

We currently use PostHog and Google Analytics.
We do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals at this time.

8. International Use

Although CoSell is based in the United States, it is accessible globally. By using the platform, you consent to your data being processed in the U.S.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
