Customer Success Manager
- 3+ years of experience of high achievement in a CSM role
- Empathetic, compassionate, and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of SaaS software fundamentals
- Understand customer needs and give feedback on the product team
- Onboard new customers and create a playbook for a delightful experience with Circle of Trust
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the team
- Keep customers informed of new product features
- Build and own customer business reviews and success plans
